What is the goal of flash credits?
Have you ever bought something online, only to get a 30% off email 2 days later? How did that make you feel? If you're like most people, you probably felt duped. It can feel like businesses are trying to take advantage of your willingness to pay. Flash credits are meant to be the opposite of that. They're intended to reward the most loyal customers with better prices. That means that the more you book, the more flash credits you'll get and the less your classes will cost.
It's a way for studios to thank you for being one of their most valuable customers.
There's an expiration date. Do I have to take the class before the expiration date?
No. The expiration date is tied to the booking date. You can book any class that's available on the schedule. The flash credit will automatically be applied to your booking.
I can't find the promo code - how can I use my flash credit?
The flash credit is automatically in your account. You don't need a promo code - just log into your account and your flash credit will be there waiting for you... until the expiration date.
How do I get more flash credits?
It's really simple. To get more flash credits, use your flash credits.
How often will get flash credits?
The more flash credits you use, the more flash credits you will receive. You can receive anywhere from 1 to 3 flash credits per week. Flash credits are distributed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Occasionally, you'll get a special flash credit - make sure you use that one. (You'll know it when you see it).
How do I stop getting flash credits?
It's simple. To stop getting flash credits, don't use your flash credits. We'll stop sending them after 2-3 tries.
I've missed a few flash credits. How can I start getting them again?
We stop sending flash credits to customers that don't use them. If you no longer get flash credits and you'd like to get them - send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You'll be eligible for flash credits again.
I'm going on vacation, can I snooze flash credits?
Yes! Send an email to email@example.com with "snooze" in the subject line. Include the date that you'll return, and your flash credits will automatically be snoozed.
